I have a 2004 rhino 660 with a 101 mm plunger rebuild aproximately 6mos ago, I noticed the starter starting to block over while. I have a new interstate dcm0035 battery and a turf battery from sports car zone at 450 cc amps. I went out to start in and it wont nutter over calmly. getting back to my foremost challenge i belive my starter is bad. that being said, what is the most skilfully after buy starter....
Small mod - added a new tie down point - Kawasaki Teryx Forum
I resist putting tie down straps on the A-guns and there's not many honourable seats to rip off to on the front of the Teryx so I extra a new tie down direct in between the bring A-arm mounts. I took 2 5" pieces of 1/2" rod and leaning it to a 'U' appearance and then set it over some to give more gap for the tie down hooks. In actuality, I let my neighbor do the welds for me since he's gamester at it. Anyhow, it should be a lot easier strapping down the front of the Teryx in the toyhauler now....

When I received it, the battery came empty and uncharged, which I found out to be the way they always into. Anyway, I went and bought some electrolyte uncertain and filled the battery to the specified levels in each apartment. I let the battery sit with the new vapour in and the caps off for several hours before charging. As I began to raid the battery the fluid started to spume and overflow out, even at the low recommended precept background....
